Returns

Because we sell health and pharmaceutical products, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and still sealed.

You can return a product if:

  • It is in its original packaging
  • The seal is not broken
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving the product
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

You will need to pay for return shipping. We suggest using a tracked delivery service.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Returns requested after 14 days

Refunds

After we receive your return and inspect it, we will let you know if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, you’ll get your money back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
  • If rejected (for example, if the item is used), we’ll send the item back to you.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. If you receive such an item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will be happy to send you a replacement once the issue is verified.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or returned due to a change of mind.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours. Send us an email with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Give you a full refund
